Jeroen Kuin studied notarial law in Amsterdam, and has been active in the notary profession since 1997. During his career, Jeroen has built a diverse practice, particularly focusing on corporate law, real estate law and private real estate practice in Amsterdam. For more than a decade, he has laid the legal groundwork for many start-ups, and assisted with many mergers and acquisitions.

Jeroen van Overbeek studied notarial and tax law in Amsterdam. In 1999, he entered into service with one of the largest multidisciplinary notaries in the Netherlands. In the following years, Jeroen developed into a versatile notarial lawyer, with an emphasis on real estate in all its multiple aspects. During this period he successfully completed the Notarial College of the Royal Notarial Association (KNB). After that, Jeroen worked as a highly experienced junior notary within the commercial real estate section of a renowned Amsterdam notary office.
